Ready? We’re underway!

We have been selected to deliver the large scale residential project at Kikar HaMedina in Tel Aviv, which will include three luxury towers, each rising to approximately 40 stories.
The towers feature a twisted geometric form, created by rotating a typical floor plan around a central axis by 1.25 degrees on each level, and were designed with inspiration from the circular movement of the square and the surrounding buildings.

This is a large scale project, in which we will execute a wide range of façade elements and systems, including: 33,000 sqm of unitized curtain walls, 35,000 sqm of column and beam cladding, and 4,000 linear meters of balcony railings. The complex will also include a public park featuring an artificial lake and extensive green areas.
