The Alpha Tower is planned to include housing units, a 200-room urban hotel, a commercial and public area, and the fa\u00e7ade of this special tower, which will simulate wave movement. Just before construction begins, all the parties involved in the project have reached out to Alum Eshet factories to be impressed with the invested mockup, to discuss the implementation details, to
