{"id":4958,"date":"2025-03-04T13:23:22","date_gmt":"2025-03-04T11:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alumwpml.bdev.co.il\/?p=4958"},"modified":"2026-03-26T16:34:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T14:34:10","slug":"leading-jerusalem-forward","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alumwpml.bdev.co.il\/en\/leading-jerusalem-forward\/","title":{"rendered":"Leading Jerusalem forward"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In a city where every stone tells a story, a groundbreaking project is taking shape, one that blends Jerusalem\u2019s architectural heritage with advanced construction technologies.<br \/>\n\u201cGav Yam Hebrew Park,\u201d the new high tech park at the Hebrew University campus, is reshaping the city\u2019s skyline while preserving its unique character.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are executing the fa\u00e7ade works for Phase A of the project, spanning 34,000 sqm of architectural innovation, with advanced buildings designed to meet international LEED standards for green construction. The building envelope is characterized by complex geometry, where several structures integrate and connect between two streets at varying elevations, forming a unique and impressive architectural composition.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In this project, we developed a stick system curtain wall, alongside an innovative system of profiles, columns, and beams that incorporates aluminum bullnose elements and engineered stone. All of these are designed to create advanced engineering harmony between all systems, while adapting to environmental conditions and wind loads acting on the curtain walls.
